A facade thermal panel is a material for insulating exterior walls with a decorative outer coating. The panel consists of several layers: thermal insulation — special facade-grade expanded polystyrene, and an outer decorative layer that imitates brickwork, rustic or dressed stone, or wood.

The service life is at least 50 years. Thermal panels have low thermal conductivity, which prevents heat loss in winter and keeps heat out in summer. The insulation material used in the panels is resistant to rot and decay. The outer layer protects against rain and moisture.

As thermal panels vary in design, colour, and the type/thickness of the decorative coating, weight may differ. A standard panel weighs approximately 6.25 kg, which means that 1 m² of cladding weighs around 8.7 kg.

The width of the joints depends on your preference, the quality of installation, and the wall surface itself. If the installation is done properly and the walls are sufficiently even, the joints are barely visible. You can also fill the joints with special grouts that we supply together with the thermal panels.

It is securely bonded to the insulation surface and does not delaminate over time under harsh conditions. The coating is applied at the factory using a special process, ensuring excellent adhesion to the EPS foam. It cannot be peeled off. These properties are confirmed by extensive testing.

No. Our thermal panels are highly vapour‑permeable. Moisture does not get trapped between the insulation and the wall; it escapes to the outside. This prevents mould and mildew.

No. The reinforcing and finishing layers protect the panel from water and atmospheric moisture. Water simply runs off the surface.
